It is going to be so very brilliant to have you back in the studio for classes and one to one work very soon. We have missed seeing you all in person and its going to be a delight to welcome you all back in to our beautiful space. Thanks to all of you who have continued to support us on Zoom over the past year.
We are watching the Government advice very closely and are prepared to open the doors of White Horse Yoga as soon as we are allowed. Safely, confidently and with your wellbeing in mind.
So April 12th for face to face one to one and Yoga Therapy and 17th May for face to face group classes – put these dates in your diaries
Our 80 square metre studio with it’s airy vaulted ceiling and lots of sunlight and fresh air is the perfect place to be practice yoga. Everyone has their own space, no one is squashed together, we can all breathe.
Our group classes will stay online through Zoom for now and when we open most classes will move to the ‘hybrid’ format of face to face classes with simultaneous streaming through Zoom.
We live in such strange times and many of us are nervous or fearful, but life must go on and yoga is a beautiful and effective practice to help us with our physical and mental health. When practiced properly yoga can help us through the nervousness and the fear.
The yoga term for suffering is duhkha and the base purpose of true yoga practice is to help us to deal with our suffering, our fear, our anxiety and anguish. At this time of a third lockdown there is so very much duhkha in us and around us and a mindful approach to yoga practice can have a very real effect on that.

Space for yoga – Space to breathe. White Horse Yoga Centre is a beautiful purpose built Yoga studio in Devizes. Whether you are new to yoga or have years of experience there will be a class suitable for your needs. You can choose from beginners, mixed level, intermediate or gentle yoga classes. If a class isn’t what you want we have Yoga Therapy and one to one yoga teaching. We also offer classes in Somatic Movement. With our relaxed atmosphere and friendly, highly qualified and experienced teachers, White Horse Yoga is a great place to start, or continue, your yoga journey.
