A Joyful morning of movement medicine comprising of yoga, meditation and deep relaxation. The morning will begin with a fun hour of Yoga practice. We will then break for some time to connect with others while enjoying delicious vegan cake, fruit and coffee/teas. This will be followed by a session of gentle yoga, meditation and deep relaxation to send you home energised and relaxed! No prior experience of yoga necessary. Beginners very welcome!
