A class suitable for all levels including beginners (Beginner’s courses are an excellent way to start your yoga journey ensuring that the basics are learnt properly before you move on).

If you’re new to yoga, or new to ashtanga, this taster course will introduce you to the fundamentals of the ashtanga practice: the ujjayi breath, bandhas, sun salutations and the standing sequence. We’ll build up the sequence gradually allowing you to build strength, stamina, flexibility and confidence.
