This nurturing, healing form of yoga is suitable for those who wish to relax and centre themselves, those who have suffered an injury and anyone who needs relief from the pressures of modern life. This evening is an evening of being rather than doing. Each restorative sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions. Restorative Yoga brings balance to the central nervous system by allowing the body to be fully supported with props in the posture. This then encourages you to deeply relax and bring your body back into balance, from doing to non-doing, so you can experience total relaxation.
