A class suitable for men and women who are beginners or who have a little experience of yoga. This is a well rounded yoga practice in the viniyoga tradition with emphasis on movement with the breath to work towards a healthy mind and body. The classes will cover physical postures (asanas) and movement as well as breathing techniques and guided relaxation. In this approach to yoga we will adapt the yoga to suit each individual, and take account of each individuals circumstances. Modifications and alternatives are given when necessary.
