Friday evenings are a great time to find a softer practice. Ending the week and getting ready for the weekend – come along to White Horse Yoga and enjoy one of the excellent monthly classes of Mindful Movement and Meditation. These classes are delivered by either Debby or David.
M3 are monthly therapeutic sessions aimed at de-stressing the whole system and bringing a greater sense of calm to our lives. In these sessions we will work with a range of gentle floor based Somatics and Yoga postures/movements to release physical stresses and tensions; breathwork and pranayama to develop our breathing capacity, calm the nervous system and to really get to know our lungs; meditation to calm the chatter of the mind. A great way to leave the stresses of the week behind and to lay the foundations for a really good night’s sleep!!
We should not underestimate the impact that the situation we have been living with for a year, and which will be around for awhile yet, has on all of us. The effects are deep in our bodies, feelings and minds. These sessions are designed to help us all navigate through these stressful times.
Currently online through Zoom, we will move to hybrid (face to face and simultaneous online through Zoom) when restrictions lift.
