A Joyful morning of movement medicine comprising of yoga, meditation,deep relaxation as well as Nia Dance.
The morning will begin with a fun hour of Nia dance where you will be led through a movement session based on dance, martial arts and mindfulness to wonderful world music. We will then break for some time to connect with others while enjoying delicious vegan cake, fruit and coffee/teas.
This will be followed by a session of gentle yoga, meditation and deep relaxation to send you home energised and relaxed! No prior experience of yoga or Nia necessary. Beginners very welcome! All equipment provided.
