This series of workshops will introduce you to the Menopause Method and weave it into a physical yet relaxing yoga practice to help rid you of the unwanted symptoms often associated with the Menopause. The Menopause Method is an evidence-based approach which uses paced breathing and neuroscience. The Method offers you a solution that gives you back control; offering you tools to become symptom free. Trials have shown that the Method significantly reduces insomnia, irritability, hot flashes, brain fog, energy levels and night sweats. It works for most women, most of the time.
The teaching content will be recorded and made available so that you can repeat the practice at home. This could either be the 20 minute paced breathing practice or the fuill 45 minute yoga class to relax and restore you.
Menopause symptoms are often associated with the ovaries and hormones but when women say they are having hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, brain fog, depression, anxiety….those symptoms don’t start in the ovaries. They start in the brain. They are neurological symptoms. During menopause, the brain goes through a transition and needs time to readjust. The Menopause Method helps the brain rebalance itself.

Full payment is required at the time of booking a place on this workshops. If that place is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the workshop then a refund of your payment less a £15 administration charge will be made. If you cancel later than 6 weeks before the workshop runs then a refund of your payment less the £15 administration charge will only be given if the place is re-sold.
